ABOUT THE SERVICE
For FREE, INDEPENDENT ADVICE and SUPPORT about your academic experience at the university, the door to the Students' Union Advice Service is always open.
Issues we can help with include academic misconduct, extenuating circumstances, appeals, complaints, disciplinaries and more. Simply book an appointment and our trained case workers will talk you through the process, supporting wherever they can.
This service is available remotely online, by phone and by email, and in person when campus is open and government guidelines allow.
The Advice service will be closed to new appointments from Monday 11th September to Friday the 15th September, after this you will be able to make appointments as usual. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
