Gingery Berry and Oat Smoothie

 We love this smoothie because it combines two of our favourite breakfast foods in one; oats & blueberries. Oats are brilliant for slowly releasing energy throughout the morning & the handful of blueberries in here will mean you’re getting a helping hand with your fiber, potassium, folate, vitamin C & B6 before 9am!

Heart Healthy: Banana Avocado Smoothie

Whilst the idea of banana & avocado in the same smoothie put us off at first, once we’d tried this green glass of goodness we can confirm it’s yummy.
