We are pleased to announce that the Vice-Chancellor's Group has agreed there will be no charge for guest tickets at the 2018 Graduation ceremony. This follows a successful campaign led by the SU sabbatical officers following student feedback. The University agreed that the charge was not communicated early enough to allow you and your guests to make plans.

Solent Students’ Union aims to provide first class academic representation throughout your time as a student at Solent University, as well as supporting and representing you as we celebrate your academic achievements. This is just one example of where we have effectively represented student interests and worked with the University to have a positive impact on your experience at Solent.

We are proud to be part of a University who listen and respond to student concerns quickly and your Sabbatical Officer Team will continue meaningful conversations with the University about the future of graduation. We would like to pass our thanks to the Vice-Chancellor's Group for their consideration on this matter.

If you have any concerns that you would like the Sabbatical Officers support then you can put forward a motion for change here, email one of the Officers directly or pop by the Union and talk to us.
