Full Time/Part Time Jobs Available
-To look after the physical, emotional, cultural and social needs of the residents using a personal centred approach.
-To create and maintain good professional relationships with residents, their family and friends.
-To adhere to all regulatory and statutory obligations and Fairhaven policies, procedures and guidelines.
-To actively market Fairhaven and promote a positive, personal and professional profile, ensuring the good reputation of Fairhaven at all times.
-To undertake the tasks details in care plans in the home.
-To encourage the independence and motivation of the resident.
-To assist with all personal care needs, hydration and nutritional needs, to residents with a wide range of need.
-To follow and attend all compulsory training and workshops.
This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check and references with full working working history .
