Marketing and Business Development Executive/Event Manager (Part-Time)
An exciting position within a fast growing SME based in Southampton. You will work closely with the Managing Directors of a growing powerboat experience provider in order to facilitate growth and expedite sales. You will ideally have experience in the outdoor/marketing leisure industry and be motivated, skilled and enthusiastic with strong customer service skills. Ideally, you will be able to work independently and as part of a team, creative thinker with technical skills are highly desirable.
Responsibilities and Duties
· Organise and manage several boats on a fast turnaround schedule every weekend
· Deliver superior customer service
· Utilise a variety of channels and platforms to increase and maintain brand awareness
· Develop and maintain digital content on social media and web format
· Maintain customer relationships through effective CRM methods
The rate of pay will be split into two domains as follows:
Event Coordinator role (weekend working) will be £9.00 p/h
The Marketing/Social Media aspect of the role will be a two day a week position which is entirely flexible working hours that will be £7.75 to £8.00 p/h.
