Our Events
We will be providing monthly workshops for all students to attend, where you can get involved in creative and reflective activities, all focused on mindfulness and wellbeing. These sessions are designed to create a welcoming and inclusive space where you can take time away from the pressures of academic life, slow down and focus on yourself.
Each workshop will explore different themes around mindfulness and reflection, using accessible, hands-on activities such as painting, drawing, tote bag decorating and much more.
We aim to host these monthly sessions on different days each month, so that as many of you as possible can come and they don't clash with any lectures or seminars.
Lastly, we would love to hear your ideas, suggestions and thoughts on how you like to practice mindfulness and reflection. Please feel free to let us know what you'd like to see at our monthly workshops, either at the sessions, or via our SU Instagram page or email.
