Our Aims
We aim to support students in building healthy coping strategies, encouraging mindfulness in everyday life, and building a sense of community.
As we know, many students experience stress, burnout and lack of time for themselves. Studies show that creative activities, mindful breaks, and social connections can significantly improve mental health. Therefore, it is our overall aim to encourage positivity and reflection for all students at Southampton Solent University.
We want to create a safe space for you to come and unwind, relax and PAUSE.
