Who Am I?

I'm committed to promoting and supporting Equality and Diversity in the University, as well as making sure everybody is able to live their best life. As much as we can, I want to work together with you to bring who we are into the spotlight. You're all unique and wonderful, so let's make sure the world knows it!

I want to work towards greater representation and visibility in the future. Sure 2020 has been not all that great so far, but next year is just that - new. Pride Month, Pride Week...I see no reason not to have pride days! You are you and nobody can change that. I even want to see us get involved with local pride events to represent the university and bring people together. 

Welfare is just as important. You should all be comfortable with yourselves, so I want to implement more support networks for LGBT+ students who are struggling with mental health and socialising. Let's see us connect with each other and build each other up!

I'm currently a member of the Committee at Salisbury Pride and want to bring the teamwork and successes seen there to a new place, and you're all invited to take part in expressing your identity. Life without the rainbow would be far more dull.

We're in this together. We're all human after all!
