Solent Yoga Society, is a community of individuals who share a common passion for yoga, meditation, and the art of nurturing mind, body, and soul—founded on the principles of wellness.

About Our Yoga Society 

Welcome to Solent Yoga Society! Our sessions involve gathering within the university and doing online yoga as a community. We do not have an instructor currently (this keeps our membership free). We hope to host themed classes, fun socials, and the occasional book club!  

What to bring:

  • A water bottle
  • A mat (better to bring your own we have 10 spare so first come first serve)
  • Yourselves

What to wear:

  • Comfortable exersise clothing
