We have 2 competitive BUCS teams with the First Team winning the Western Tier 3A league - resulting in a promotion for the upcoming season and Second Team coming second in Western Tier 5A.
We have weekly training sessions on a Monday evening and S&C programs to support our players, with trainings and home games taking place at the Solent Sports Complex - featuring a state-of-the-art performance court and home to Weston Park Blades. If youre looking to play competitive netball at a high level - this is the one for you!
For those who want to enjoy netball in a more relaxed setting, we also have a third team - our recreational team. They train at the Solent Sports Complex too and compete in the Southampton Outdoor League with their matches on a Thursday evening. Our recreational team also had a successful 2024/25 season, finishing third in their table.
Off the court, Solent Netball have an unbeatable social side! Every wednesday night we host themed socials that are fun, inclusive and a great way to celebrate game day together. We also organise sober socials, team bonding events, charity fundraisers, Christmas celebrations and special end-of-the-year events to follow varsity.
