Welcome to the Solent University LGBTQ+ Society!
We are a safe space for all students regardless of gender, sexuality, race or religion where you can hang out, meet new people, create memories and make changes in the community (not necessarily in that order).
As a member of our Society, you'll have access to weekly meetups, social events, movie nights and gaming sessions as well as a range of workshop activities.
We want to leave a lasting impact on our community which is why we strive to raise awareness of queer issues and topics as well as fight inequality in its many forms. As a member, you'll have the opportunity to take part in our partnerships with LGBTQ+ organisations both locally and nationally.
You do not have to be LGBTQ+ to join in! You are more than welcome to join us as an ally, if you're questioning, or looking for advice/support
