Mission statement-
Solent Islamic Society strives to create an environment of unity whilst catering to the academic, social and spiritual needs of Muslim students. The ISOC is also a voice for the Muslims and encourages learning and discussion about Islam amongst its members and the wider community. Aims and objectives: - To provide opportunities for religious, social, educational and cultural events regardless of their faith in order to enhance personal, spiritual and academic growth. - To promote the true spirit of Islam to both Muslims and non-Muslims which is based on peace, sincerity and excellence in order to break down barriers, address misconceptions and promote cordial inter-faith relations. - To encourage the Muslims to play an active role in the Solent University community.
