Read this article for a statement from Sam Spencer, your VP Welfare, regarding our minibus service.
It has come to our attention that a silver Renault Traffic vehicle has been offering a paid taxi service under the Students' Union brand between Leisure World and Bedford place.
We would like to make it clear that this is not a Students' Union vehicle and at this time we would like to advise all students not to use this service. The vehicle in question has a Students' Union sign drawn on cardboard that has been displayed in the windscreen.
We have a duty of care to all our students and until we discover the identity of this vehicle we would like to advise all students to be vigilant and only use approved services.
Our Knight Bus service - a silver Vauxhall 9 seat mini-bus -Â picks up and drops off at the library, the Polygon and Halls of Residence free of charge. Alternatively, West Quay Cars are official partners with your SU.
