EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES
If something arises that is unforeseen and short term, and means you are unable to attend university or submit assessments, you may be eligible for extenuating circumstances.
There are two types of extenuating circumstance requests you can make:
A late submission request will allow you to submit an assessment up to five working days after the original deadline, with no penalty.
A deferred submission will allow you to submit an assessment at the next available opportunity, with no penalty.
You can read more from the University about extenuating circumstances including the EC panel dates here.
