Computing Society

About Us

The Solent Computing Society exists to create a setting where like-minded computing enthusiasts can interact and socialise. Our core aim is to make the student experience more enjoyable for those with even the slightest interest.

So what do we do as a society?
We meet every Friday between 17:00 and 19:00 to socialise and meet new faces.
We attend events (e.g. hackathons, meetups, and workshops), play games and try out new things whenever we can.

Some pandemic/alien invasion got everyone locked in their homes? The Computing Society still meets virtually via Discord.

Not sure if you want to join us in the room? Come join us for drinks after (if possible due to government regulations)!
