Timetables are being adjusted to try and give more exclusive access to the room.

Evening opening hours from 5 to 8 Monday to Thursday are starting in the coming weeks

We have located 5 high spec machines and have been loaded with software in Area 9 Andrews IT so students can get access these facilities during the weekend

New computers are also being installed in RM609

Level Zero and Level G (Media Academy and Music / Radio studio floors) of the JM building are open now until 11pm every weekday evening.
When will the JM building be open on weekends?
There will be two periods when the JM building will open during weekends (10am-4pm):

from Saturday 14 February to Sunday 22 March 2015, and
-
from Saturday 25 April to Sunday 17 May 2015.
Please note this is a strict schedule due to building safety and security.
All University buildings, except Mountbatten Library, will be closed on Monday 4 May 2015, as this is a national holiday.
Which rooms will be open and when?
From Saturday 14 February 2014 to Sunday 22 March 2015:

Top floor music performance area

Floor G radio and music studios available by request (booking through hatch as usual)

Floor 0 (media academy), animation, editing, photo studios, dark rooms and IT labs.
From Saturday 21 February to Sunday 22 March 2015:

Floor 4: JM415, JM416, JM409

Floor 3: JM310, JM311.
